Quay Shopping Centre is being developed by the UK’s leading regeneration specialist St Modwen and will comprise of a 50,813 sq ft Morrison’s food store and a range of additional retail units which are available to let.
The new Centre replaces the previous shopping centre on this site and all the retail units, including the Morrisons, will be brand new.
The Centre is located in a large residential area close to Connahs Quay town centre. The town has a resident population of 16,500 persons living within the urban area, but is able to draw on a much larger catchment of approximately 150,000 persons within a 10km radius.
